Enriched by my travels, it was upon returning to France that my desire to be part of this community materialized, in order to transmit the energy of physical and mental awareness. I wish to help people reconcile body and mind with respect for each individual, using creativity as a tool to release our physical and emotional blockages. Stepping outside your comfort zone with joy and good humor!

In a desire for personal and professional development, I am continuing my training in Ashtanga Vinyasa with Sharath Jois, grandson of Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India, as well as with my teacher in Lyon with Aurélie Grahek, authorized level 2 KPJAYI.

A chef who travels

Pauline Billaud

Cooking has always been a part of her. Over the years, it grew in importance. From a simple hobby, it became a passion. And then one day, she felt the need to cook all the time, not just on weekends. So, she said goodbye to her former career as a lawyer and was fortunate enough to be accepted into the Ferrandi culinary school to earn her professional cooking certificate.

Her cooking? It's a blend of childhood memories spent behind the stoves of her grandmother's butcher shop and delicatessen, her travels in Asia, and Mediterranean cuisine… The stages of her journey have been filled with discoveries and encounters. Curious by nature, she's always on the lookout for new spices to pack in her suitcase.

A singular chef

Romuald Chevalier

A professional career primarily based in the Vendée region,
13 years as head chef at the Atlantic Hotel in Les Sables d'Olonne,
Four years as head chef at Le Cottage in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire. It was time for him to share his knowledge and passion, to introduce Vendée products and showcase them.

Private chef, just like in a restaurant

He does his shopping a few hours before arriving at your house.
In your kitchen, whether it is large or small, equipped or not, he prepares the dishes for you and your guests, so you can fully enjoy this moment of tasting.
His aim is to introduce you to quality products sourced directly from local producers, through authentic and, above all, convivial cuisine.
